OPTIMA Outdoor Patient Management deals with patients who usually come to visit a doctor for a check up or with a complain of any ailment. Hence, the primary requirement is to attend the patient as fast as possible and arrange the Doctor meet.

About Application:

The application allows you to manage master data of Doctors and track their patient visits. The application empowers a Doctor

  • to manage patient data
  • generate e-prescriptions
  • view data of patients in future as EMR (Electronic Medical Record).

Medical records are preserved in the database as per the compliance mentioned by Govt. of India. And finally the database is ICD 10 enabled. (ICD-10 is the 10th revision of the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems, a medical classification list by the World Health Organization).

Billing:

OPD Billing is another major feature of this module. It allows you billing a patient for Doctor appointment & day care billing. OPTIMA OPD has a feature which allows the users to do credit billing for insurance covered patients and corporate tie up patients.

Security & Compliance:

The module will also enable the medical staffs to generate UHID (Unique Health ID) for each patient, print barcode that contains all information of a patient’s demography.

This barcode may be scanned by any user of any department for billing or any requisition entry. This makes the job of a user easier. Each entry by user is logged in the name of that particular user for future reference. All printed materials have user id printed on them for future reference.
